I Think the problem is in the Winbond 25Q16JVSIQ bios chip becasuse all backups (4x) i made from this chip are a little different. Wrote all backups back in the chip, 4x no succes. is there a universal *.bin file 2048Kb (2MB) for this chip ?

Model: HP mt44 Mobile Thin Client
    Serial: 5CG9020CKW
    MB type:TRYPTICO 6050A2945701-MB-A01

Tried the universal *.bin file found on this website but no succes.....

Some one knows how to get some live in his laptop.

all messed up but first time i have this type of laptop ...

Hi everyone 2nd post in this forum, I had a Laptop HP mt44 Mobile Thin client with MB:TRYPTICO 6050A2945701-MB-A01 with a password protected bios. I replaced the original Winbond WQ128JVPQ (UN_366,and UN367) for the WQ128JVSQ bit bigger and easier to solder (with hot air), I read the ic's with a hex editor and edit them and program the eeproms, I checked it, I reassembled them and I find the PC in this damaged state no display and the yellow power led is flashing on the side where the powerplug is in the laptop I tried rewriting the original files back but nothing changes. The connections are...

  • try it with a 64 bit windows OS, w10 (64 bits), it solved mine problems working on a cf-19 mk4. Use CH341A Mini Programmer V1.29 with the 64 bit drivers. And be sure the clam on the chip is fitting WELL....
