I'm new to this forum and don't have a lot of experience but I'm working on the same model Sharp. I remember reading somewhere that if you replace the main board on this model that you have to flash the firmware with the Sharp firmware for your model or it will not work. Can't remember where I saw that to post a link or if it's true but just thought I'd put my 2 cents in if it helps in any way.
