I have gathered capacitors and was about to start replace them but found the PWM controller ic blown, missing its cap. New KA3842AN can be found, but on the backside of the PWM controller board there is a small SMD resistor witch has gone up into smoke, burning the markings so i don't know what resistance to replace it with.
Has anybody got a clue what value resistor ASR2 shall be? (It's placed on the back side of the small sub-board witch is close to the DC output wires. The resistor is close to the edge nearest the big input...
