Hey Cadillac man, i have the same tv and same problem as the ilo v27dmbx you posted...you suggested replacing a 22mf starter cap and your problem was solved...i couldn't figure out exactly which one to replace as there are over 7 of them...i saw the pictures and i was not sure if it was of the model # stickers or the if it was the 22mf cap in the bottom of the picture with the stickers you were referencing as the bad cap. i replaced the one by the sticker and still not working...moved it around to other spots, and retried with no luck...wondering...
