Share some more infos:
- was the replaced ram soldered to the motherboard?
- what kind of ram they installed? Crucial, Samsung, Hynix, Kingston?
Note: Memory module replacement might cause memory retraining during POST. When memory retraining occurs, the screen cannot display the progress information and might be blank.
You might see the LED indicators on ESC, F1, and F4 blinking sequentially to indicate the progress. Do not press the power button to interrupt the process. Wait a few minutes until the logo screen is displayed.Share some more infos:

Can someone provide an older fimware for Lenovo T14 Gen3 please?
I'm looking for 1.27 (N3BET49W) or older as .bin (32mb), not the ones to download from the Lenovo website.

It was not replaced. It is the original network card.
Is there really no other solution instead of buying a new network card?

AWESOME! Thank you very much.
Everything looks fine, but unfortunately I get this error message when booting:
I can only start the system when removing the network card. Any solutions for this problem?...

Lenovo T14 GEN 3 Intel (I7)
Board : NM-E981 rev 1.0
Serial-No. : PF-3280Q5
Type-No. : 21AJ
Problem:
Laptop has custom BIOS. Entering BIOS is possible (no PW), but don't allows me to do changes within the BIOS (e.g. changing Boot order)...
