hey! got the laptop finally working, I flashed both your BIOS and it loaded to the login screen of windows. but after a few minutes the SWAT lock activates again, any suggestions?...Leave a comment:

hi can you measure these components that I am missing and maybe some others that I have missed. I have been looking for a schematic where I can cross reference this BIOS chip but couldn't find any online so the only hope now is to find a working board which is not possible for me as of now. would greatly appreciate it.

thanks but I have a problem with my laptop now, I tried editing the EC bin myself and flashed a bin that I have downloaded here to my own chip. now my laptop wont turn on, only blinking light and 0.040-0.045 amps power draw. I flashed my back up bin file but it's still the same, my solder is good, what could be the problem?...Leave a comment:

Good day, I was reading through the forums and have found (maybe) a solution to my problem.
What I have gathered is that I need to remove the BIOS password first then edit DMI to remove SWAT lock?
Are absolute persistence = SWAT = computrace the same?
and lastly, how do I know which is the MAIN bios and the EC bios?

help with B250m Mortar with MS-7A69 Board
Hi everyone, I am trying to fix a B250M Mortar which doesn't power on, I have tested this with my old PSU which broke down while testing so I had to buy a new one which Im currently using now. I tested the ATX connector which only shows 5v, PS_ON# is active while ATX_PWR_OK is 0v. Power button 0v I am not too familiar with how to diagnose a desktop motherboard since I only do laptops for now, but I have checked coils and caps for short and have found nothing. I did bios reprogramming and didn't get any change. I have attached the BV and schematics, let me know if I need to check other pins.... -
