Anyhooo after a long abscence from recapping motherboards, I decided to tackle a couple of boards yesterday... the first one had no video and I recapped it and it worked no problems... I thought great!,let's try another.
The 2nd one is a ASRock GE Pro-M2, it's problem was that it would turn on but no video. It had 5 blown capacitors that were the small ones 6.3 Volt 1000uf caps. I replaced them with OST ones. Anyway turned it on, and voila I had video
Then to my dismay the board...
