Cheers. This lenovo-autopatcher worked great for Yoga 12. It does use the allservice.ru DXE but cleared the TPM/password.

Was successful using merge method original dump 8MB+4MB=12MB.bin, running it through lenovo-autopatcher, split it again 8MB+4MB. Burn the modified 8MB (4MB will be same as original) to boot & reset TPM, and then reflash the original 8MB dump.
