First I want to thank you for your time but I wasn't successful and I will describe below why.

So.. For anyone who want to try to repair a PC/Laptop I would like to offer you some of my mistake's knowledge... If you use CH341A to program chips it will not work with 256mbit (32MB files) because idk, it is what it is
If you want to program something more than 128mbit (16MB files) you need to use something like RT809F or like I discovered later a Raspberry Pi (Best option in my opinion, and like VERY FAST)...

I advise all of you to check your programmer data sheet...
