I can assume from what you said that if there is a screen guard case for that TV then there is a chance to get repaired. But, if it is a normal LCD TV then I think it can't be repaired. Even you can search for TV screens on the internet to get solutions. Also, if you have a picture of it then I will suggest you share it here. So that, we will get an idea about it. Thank you....
