Sorry for my late reply. I let it run for more than 10 minutes but the screen keeps black and no restart so far. I tried with power supply and also with battery.
It is so strange. It is not the first time that I managed to unlock a L560. Maybe my bios dump is corrupt? Or can it be something else?...Leave a comment:

Hello everyone. I will need your help please. I tried everything to unlock my L560 but the patched bios file will not work for me. The patching process was successfull but I only get a black screen and no fan noise after writing the patched file. After I write back the original bios file everything works fine - but with my bios password set.
Can anyone try to patch my original bios file correctly that you can find attached?
