Is this method of removing Supervisor Password create any Issue in Booting Process (from a USB) ..?

Hi,
I successfully removed BIOS password from Lenovo thinkpad t480.
But now I'm unable to boot Windows from USB drive.

Is there any issue from BIOS side..?
