Issue: Blink code (2 amber -> 5 white) corrupt bios error code

I have tried to extract a BIN from the installer EXE. I extracted a .HDR and then extracted that with PFSExtractor, but I am not sure what to do with those files. I don't think my extraction is correct as it looks nothing...
