thanks for your reply [USER="341209"]volinakis[/USER]. Is it necessary to use a programmer to dump the Bios? Sorry for the stupid question. This laptop's USB ports are blocked. I can still log in into Windows with my fingerprint but the OS keeps hanging for some reason. I managed to connect it to another laptop on the home LAN and created that BIOS dump with some DOS command I cannot remember now. Is there any other way to generate it?volinakis -
