i was watching the TV when it turned itself off. On turning it back on the screen does not light up. The audio is OK. I have checked all the power supply output voltages 12v and 24v and these are OK.
Could it be that the OLED panel has failed? Are there any checks i can do to work out if the panel has failed? -

TV is completely dead.There is 320 volts across main smoother cap but no voltages on the secondary of the power supply.I have seen a couple of people offering a repair service for the board on fleabay for this fault.Does anyone know what the repair is? Originally this TV would power up for about a couple of seconds then shut down.
The wiring to the ysus goes via the zsus. I disconnected the ysus board result the same.I then disconnected the zsus board and the power supply runs with correct vsus and va voltages.I then found some short circuit diodes on the zsus.Fitted a new zsus and the screen flashed on for 2 seconds then off with power supply still running.I then checked voltages to the ysus with set running all correct but the heatsinks were cold as though not drawing any current.When I turned the set off and on again after a short...Last edited by blib; 11-21-2013, 10:37 AM. -

This TV has never been used with headphones but has switched itself to wired headset mode.(Message is visible in the audio set up menu).The headphone socket seems to be OK so I think its a software fault.Any ideas or comments please. -
