So you are saying that potentially it could be a bad capacitor.

Panasonic TC-60CX800U turns off after 2 seconds.
Panasonic TC-60CX800U with Power board: TNPA6060 1P
The TV starts, the LED lights blink for 2 seconds, and the TV turns off; I tested the voltages on the powerboard, and it looks ok.
Also, I could see HDM in the top corner for a second.
Is it possible that the issue is a bad LED light that forces the TV to turn off? -
