sorry for the late reply, I've ordered 'CH341A USB Programmer' , and I've practiced on my other old laptop 'lenovo x220' ,
I had trouble reading the bios with the clip , I've removed the bios chip and soldered it on the ch341a which worked and I successfully extracted the bios.
the bios chip was easyly to fiind on the x220 , however I cannot find it on the t14s gen 2 HT4B1/HX3B0 NM-D362 Rev : 2.0 does anyone knows where it is located.
thanks in advance....

Re: Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen2 Disable Absolute Persistence Module
I'm a bit confused, I've downloaded and extracted the bios from the .exe file from lenovo's website for my laptop.
I'm guesing this two files are the bios '$0AN3500.FL1' and '$0AN3500.FL2' the FL1 file is 17.4MB the FL2 file is 256KB
do I just need to rename the .FL1 to .bin and follow this tutorial https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpost.php?p=993910&postcount=3 which is for different modelRe: Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen2 Disabl...

I couldn't enter bios or boot windows at all. so I removed the hdd and reinstalled windows again and the message is...Last edited by SMDFlea; 11-19-2023, 07:02 AM.
