Convert HDMI to FFC
Working on a project that involves a device connecting to a small screen via HDMI. The space I am trying to cram it all in is pretty compact. Removing the HDMI port from the screen and replacing with something flatter such as an ffc would be ideal. Would that work? -
HDMI to FFC
Working on a project with limited space. Would help a great deal if I could desolder the 2 hdmi connectors and replace them with FFC connectors. I attempted this and screen said no connection. Thoughts? I used 19 pin connectors with a .5mm pitch and it lined up great. I tried using both same side ffc ribbon and also mirrored. Still no luck. -
