Re: IMPIP-M5 can't be powered on

Q9350 is defective, I am going to replace it

I have a such device from a friend, but it can't be powered on.
I investigate it and I have some conclusions, please help me to fix it:
a) the voltage on Q9350 (page 47 from [URL="https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=112803&d=1432821309"]IMPIP - M5, schematic[/URL]) has wrong values:
+19V S=Source Pin 1-2-3 - this is OK
+8.4V D=Drain pin 5-6-7-8 - this is not OK, must be about 19V
+5.3V G=Gate Pin4 - this is not OK, must be about 19V
b) the PC starts if I connect directly Q9350's S and D:
- CPU and GPU fans start...
