Hi,
I am looking for some help on this Olevia 327-S12 monitor.
Blue light is on, press power button, display shows various color vertical lines which fade out after about 3-4 seconds. The backlight comes on and stays on. I see no visible bad capacitors. I have used DMM to verify voltages on power supply board, connector CN903 has 12VDC on pins 1 & 2. Connector CN904 has 5.15VDC on pins 4,5, & 6. These voltages are also getting to the system board connectors CN3, CN4, & CN5.

I have checked all fuses I can find and they seem fine. I have checked the output...

I found your site while trying to get info on this monitor that would not power up. I read through these posts and changed all capacitors on the logic card and the ones that we had in stock from the power supply card. The monitor has been powered on for about 4 hours now and appears to be working fine.
