Although with the bios distributed on the network, which seems to be for this platform, there is a launch and everything seems to work (except for the built-in microphone and the output to the headset)
As it turned out, the reason for this is that this bios is designed for a different NM-C811 platform, not NM-C861
And what is wrong in this situation is not clear?
Hardware change with straps...

Straps do not help to transfer the motherboard in DIMM only...
