Panasonic TH50PZ85U dead HDMI's
Hello all, It's been a while since I have posted. I have a Panny TH50pz85u that works but the HDMI inputs will not recognize when a source is plugged into them (there are a total of 3). The tv turns on, displays the language/welcome screen I have access to everything, volume, menu, picture, sound etc etc.
I am going to guess there is an issue with the A board, but I wanted some expert input on this because my past experience was that an A board issue would shut the tv down and produce a blink code....not the case here.
Thank you for any input!!

Re: Dude is bringing over a Hitachi P50S601 (plasma 1080)
I am in dire need of some Hitachi go-ru's. I have a p50s601 and a p50h401 that are both not working right. Long of the short, caps replaced, both buffers are replaced (or fixed) and are working. I am either getting a solid blue light in the front or a 4 blink code....not 3. The tv's will both run if the CN68 plug is unplugged from the power supply. If plug the CN68 back in I get a high pitched sound, I believe coming from the power supply, and the unit shuts down with a solid blue light. I am at wits end trying to figure...

Re: Plasma TV Vizio p42hdtv10a
The tail end of your dilema is where I was when I picked up my 50" Vizio. It would turn on then turn itself off.....I just had it sent out and rebuilt by a company in Texas. Plugged it in when I got it back and it's fine.
So you might be at the point where the power board will have to be replaced or rebuilt.
It just so happens that now I have red snow for the first 3 minutes that the tv is turned on then it goes away.
