Looking for advice.

I have this LG Gram 13, from 2020. Recently, it seems that the battery simply won't charge. It's drained down to 0%, and will now only turn on when plugged in, either through USB-C or the DC charger plug.

I've opened the back to look for anything obvious but it all looks fine. I tested the voltage on the DC charger and its all fine.

What next? Is it possible the battery is fucked? I've read there are control circuits on the battery itself that regulates charging....
