Refilling electrolyte into aluminum capacitor. I have the knowledge about how injection electrolyte (fluids) into the can.I've passed my (QC) . as you can see I refilled electrolyte into capacitor and then I installed them inside LED light bulb. Capacitor body temperature was about 70-75 centigrade.they revived.

after injection and reforming process, the ESR dropped about half. If a capacitor have about 10 ohm , after reforming it will drop to 5 ohm
