Hi. My HP Pavilion laptop model 15-cs2076nw S/N# 5CD9255TYK can't dim or brighten the screen. There's no such function in Windows 10 and 11. The graphics are Intel UHD 620. It works without a problem under Kubuntu Linux. I've tried a dozen different drivers but none of them work. Do you have any ideas what to do?​

Have you removed the disk? Anti-theft switch pressed?​

There should be a smaller bios on the other side of the motherboard​
