Hi all, my first post here, trying to troubleshoot an A2388

I followed: PP3v8_AON low or missing
and found that on step 2 and found P3V8AON_PWR_EN missing, also R5340 missing- I'm assuming I need to replace the U5200 if I followed correct

Trying to find where to buy it, from reliable source, did anyone buy from AliExpress with good luck? also when looking around I found the ISL9240HI from different local US websites, but all are pointing to old models, and not showing A2338...
