I'm working on--really just learning how to repair--an Acer Chromebook that no longer works. As far as what is wrong with it, when you plug in the charger, the light on said charger goes out. The first thing I did, then, was check the power rails for a short, which seems to be the main culprit in many instances, but not in this one. No shorts, but I did find something that confuses me. From the attachment, you can see that I circled a capacitor. The reason I circled it was that it reads "OL" (In resistance mode). I changed it, but the issue persists.
