Ok thanks, so far I did what removed the battery and CMOS battery for reset, tried the Dell CCTK tool but doesn't do much.
I will look at the guide again. Pity I bought the laptop refurbished with the bios locked. The people I bought it from said, I don't need it and won't do it for me....

Hi team,
I am new and was reading the rules for bios. I don't get how to get the dump file. seems a bit too technical for me. Is there an easy guide to get it without be a programmer.
