I am playing with one of these right now and the fuses on the inverter are toasted...... What size are they? Do you or anyone know?

Dell 1703FPt Flashes on then off
I have a Dell 1703FPt that will flash on for a second then off. The image is still there just the inverters appear to be shutting down.
With an ESR meter I found c809 to be bad. I have also replaced the caps that are green (this was before the esr
Now I am stumped would appreciate the help.
No apparent burns on the inverter xfmers
This is the one piece psu/inverter design. See attached pics.
