I HAVE TRY Many bios files but the laptop turn on and no picture and the CAPS LOCK button on the keyboard blinking

Hey friends i try to flash back the u1 ic dell e7440 with the ezp2023+ but when done it gives me this error ''flash check error address 10h'', i try many bin files from here but nothing works even i try the original bin file backup please help.......

I have flash already the u2 ic and done with no errors just this u1 8mo ic that not want to be done
