Thank you to everyone that helped. New power board arrived. Amazed I could locate the correct revision board but I did. Put the new board in this morning and so far so good. Transformer not hissing at all.
Inspection of the old, original board, did not show any obvious signs of issue. Mounting of transformer appears solid. There are 4 IC's mounted on some heat sinks. I suspect one of those was bad perhaps? If this buy me another year or two of use I'll be a happy camper.

Thanks. All the caps on all boards, visibly, appear to be in good condition. No cracking or leaking.

It was my guess as well. Where the placement is looks like it, but yeah they are labelled with TP's. I didn't get a chance to pull the board yet. Hunting around for a high watt resistor. Might have to pluck one out of something.
My gut tells me it is the power board issue, but not a cold solder. When it was going haywire I put pressure on that transformer. Didn't change anything.
I found a replacement board. It's on its way here but won't arrive until late next week. I am still going to pull this board and look though.Leave a comment:

Yup, it's this one for sure. None of the other coils buzz like this one does. And the buzz sound changes as the picture fades/brightens. It's either that component or something controlling it. The small board LEDs on the SS and SC never go out. They stay constantly lit.
I'll pull that power board and check the solder joints.

Did not take long for it to start doing it again. Had difficulty getting full single picture. Back up against wall. If not perceivable please advise and I'll move the unit so I can get behind it better.
Caps visibly look good.

I just fired it up after reseating the cables from the SS to the P board. Watching the clock to see when it starts acting up again.
I see the VSUS voltage potentiometer on the P board. I've not touched it yet.

I have a Panasonic TC-P65V10, Plasma, from 2010. The screen on the unit often dims, then brightens back, and even sometimes completely blacks out, but comes back after a few seconds.
It is not throwing any power led codes. I opened the panel and tightened all the board ground screws. It still does it. It won't do it until after the unit has been on for about 15 minutes.
When it does it, the SS board buzzes a bit, and the P sustain (?) board transformer seems to buzz.
