I dont think you understand, the cpu voltage will go from 1.2+v to 0.8v when fully loaded at full turbo speeds for split second. It causes entire system crashing. B1 is a zener diode 0603. I have schematics from the likes of similar boards and boardviews. If B1 is on the CPU Power VCCIN. Should it be a 1.8v, 3.3v, 5v zener diode?
I replaced GPU memory resistors r34,r40,r102 with 9.88Kohm r. And now instead of two bad chips there seems to be one chip error. [url]https://imgur.com/1pkMxjC[/url]

I managed to make some progress. No more read errors, and the card was barely recognized in windows.

Can someone point out a "sorta" correct zener diode for B1 in this photo [url]https://imgur.com/tL8oxQt[/url]. A 0ohm resistor can run the system but with nutty amounts of cpu voltage fluctuations +/-100mv ex: 1.08-1.25v, due to no voltage suppression.

Something i should have done in the beginning was run MATS. Two things happened that might have started causing black screen pc crash under high load scenario. Stormy weather(possible surge) and noticed Liquid Metal possible(unlikely tho hindsight) contact with r102. In-circuit r201 matched all other resistors surrounding memory banks. ~3.2 one polarity and ~4.2 reverse polarity. Removed r102 with impedance of 9.88Kohms, same as r34. Replaced r102 with 10kohm, no change in laptop. Replaced r40 w/ 10Kom R. - laptop dgpu...

Eluktronics Tong-Fang chassis Max 17 9750h & RTX 2070 max-p

r102 and r34 both measured 9.88Kohm out of circuit. not sure about r40
First replaced r102 with 10Kohm - GPU and laptop ran
Second - Replaced r40 with 10Kohm resisotor - GPU error device not started. laptop running on Igpu now.
Third r34 out of circuit measured 9.88Kohm, and replaced with 10Kohm. Still no Dgpu function on laptop.
Just ordered- 9.88kohm resistors 0402 and 0hm 0402 be here...

r34 ended up being 10k, replaced with 10k. r102 was 10k replaced with 10k, but r40 replaced by 10k,1k, and 121ohms isnt right.

The laptop blank screen and system crashes, and I need the resistors back in working order so that a repair clinic can diagnose the underlying issue its been having, the unresolved issue of black screen ntoskrnl, tdr_video_failure.
They're 0402 and I couldn't take them out without frying one of them. It began with one resistor and then i screwed up. Now I cant find a mobile rtx 2070 schematic and the 0402 resistors arent labeled. Looking for the knowledgeble on the subject. Resistors r102,r40,and r34 from a eluktronics max 17 9750h+rtx 2070 That needs repairing.

I need to check 0402 r102 resistor on a schematic for the gpu vram section to measure impedance. Cant tell if its a bad resistor or not, got awfully close...
