any suggestions for the flasher? It should not be that pricy because i will not plan to do such repairs on a regular basis.

Hi Guys,

A few days ago my laptop powered off completely and switch on is not possible anymore. I unscrewed the back cover and measured some voltages according to a tutorial.

My 5V Always and 3.3V Always are good. 20V from power port are also available. What is not in a good shape is the 3.3V VLP. It is only 2.4 Volts and shortened to GND (checked with Multimeter).

And when connecting to power supply to the Mainboard, also the IT8586E will become hot....

my name is Marvin and i joined to forum to repair my broken L340 gaming laptop.

It just switched off and now is not able to boot. I hope i can start a new thread and helping others too with the thread.
