Oh no....
I have onboard soldered Ram. I already reballed and reflowed them and it didnt help. Can someone write a BIOS where the Onboard Ram will be disabled and i could use the Laptop with So-Dimm RAM?...
Okay, its working but not at 100%. When i try to boot up in Windows, i get a black screen and the fans start to spin from about 20% to 100% and when i try to restart the Laptop i dont get a picture at all. the Laptop have to be completly powered down to get a picture again... :/ something is not working there properly.......
Unfortunately, I guess my BIOS went corrupt during flashing
I need a new one, but I have no experience how to copy a naked BIOS from the ASUS website with the DMI code. I tried it with the instructions but I get unfortunately no further
The attached BIOS is my Original Copy and i dont know if it could help you to helping me
It is an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 - G401II-BM140T.
The serial number is: L8NRKD004341345
I would really appreciate some help.
Many thanks...
I couldn't think of any explanation why there would suddenly be a problem with the GPU. Before I desoldered the ram and flashed the BIOS, it had a P.O.S.T and I had a picture. Only after this work I have a problem with the P.O.S.T.
I have measured all the coils and can not find anything strange , - everything looks normal.
Would it be possible for you to send me a new BIOS so I can be sure mine is not corrupt?...
I am new here and would directly ask for some advice / help 🙂
I have an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401II-BMT140T laptop. When I bought the laptop it wouldn't turn on at all. I found out that the Super IO IC - IT5125VG-128 died and replaced it.
After that I was able to install Windows. However, when I was in the setup of Windows after the installation, the laptop went off and the fans were spinning at 100%. It did this again and again until I managed to exit Windows setup once. The GPU I tested with Mats / Mods and there is no error...
Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hello all,
My name is Bogdan, 23 years old and I am from Germany
1,5 years ago I finished my apprenticeship as an electronic technician with focus on information and telecommunication technology (that's what we call it in Germany). Since then I have found fun in tinkering with electronics. Mainly I have dealt with graphics card repairs. Now I want to learn more about other devices and share what I have learned so far.
