I highly appreciate your help the bios did work but the laptop still wouldn't post my assumptions it the ram is dead :/... -

it does have 2 BIOS chips one is 8MB + 16MB
I dumped the bios attached below
I want to verify if my bios is corrupted or is the RAM chip is dead.
