Also, I just noticed this yesterday. When I turn it off then go to turn it back on a few minutes later, it doesn't turn on right away. The light blinks then nothing happens. I have to hit the power button a few times before it turns on, then it just has backlight flashing.

CN803S, looks like it is the connector that goes to the inverter board. I don't have the board out of the TV at the moment, I'll double check later. I thought i found a schematic on the internet somewhere. I've been out of town for work, so I haven't had a chance to mess with it since last week.

I replaced the 10V caps, but no fix. I'll try replacing the 25V caps. It looks like those actually control the 12V. And the driver for the inverter board is a 12V driver.

Also, the capacitors in the lower left corner are SANWHA WB 10V 1000uF. From other sites, it looks like those are usually the culprit. Is it possible they've failed and I just can't see any external damage?

I have a backlight issue with a Samsung LN46C630 LCD TV. At first, whenever I changed channels the backlight would start flickering. This would happen when the screen went black and then an image came back on. I also noticed I could get it to stop flickering by changing channels again which would change the screen to black and then back. I noticed that it wasn't just the source that was flickering. When I hit the menu button, that would flicker as well. At this point I figured it was a backlight issue. Over the course of the next few weeks, it become unable to be fixed by changing the channel...
