My guess is that the SBV TI 441 is the Texas Instruments TLV62090.

Does anyone know what this IC is?

It's a PlayStation 4 board (SAD-001 / CUH-1116A)

I have 2 boards the 6 pin has label 331RAS on one and LF2AI on the other. The square one has SBV TI 441 AJD7 on one board and SBV TI 441 AZ70 on the other.
