How old is the lamp? I find that the average lamp lifespan is 2-3 years. If you pull the lamp, you can a lot of times tell visually if it is bad.Leave a comment:

Also be sure to check the cap on the ballast. A couple of the models have issues with that cap going bad if caps on the power supply went bad.Leave a comment:

Do you know how long it has been since the lamp was changed? You may want to pull it out and see if there is bulging at the bottom of the stem.Leave a comment:
