the cpu is soldered to the motherboard and has two squares. I think they heat the same. Perhaps the larger square heats up more...

hello can anyone help me? I have this motherboard and it won't start. The 3 volts are not reaching the power button. There was a blown capacitor ec118 and I removed it. With the tester I noticed that there is a short. i tried to inject a voltage of 3 volts and i see that it heats up the processor via thermal imager. Could that be the problem? -
