I had to be patient for the chip....then I realized that the 12 volt was fluctuating.. and I had to change the 817 and to be safe, tl 431!!

all the components that are mounted around the chip are all ok....from the mosfet, to the fast diodes, resistors and capacitances, but the chip is short circuited.......and I can't find exactly which model it is......must be a Chinese model similar to the ncp1251 as pinoutLeave a comment:
