Update for others with Toshiba mobo issues. I ordered the mosfets from china and finally got around to installing them. Install did not exactly go to plan as surface mount components are a pain. However, after getting the chips on and removing any solder bridges from the source/gate/drain the system powered on and has been working now for weeks. Saves a nice little laptop from being scraped

If I must i will buy them, however, as I assume you know, shipping from hong kong takes ages to arrive in Canada. Looking for a US/Canadian supplier so I can get the parts somtime this month :P

Need to find an equivalent to AO4466 and AO4712. Digikey doesn't have any in stock, and I am not sure what specs are important to match when choosing a replacement part.
