Hello everyone...this column has been great for help narrowing down a similar problem with my at3201w. Initially I had the 2 second Acer logo then the unit would shut off and remain in standby mode....needing a hard reset with power switch....replaced the inverter board. That solved the backlight issue...

Now the issue is when you turn it on with remote or by button....picture comes on....but buttons do nothing until you hard reset again with power switch on the back. Then t.v. works fine.....so I replaced the power board....same problem....
