I am repairing Panasonic su-htb500 recently, the main power supply is not powered, the standby power supply is 5.84V, I replaced the capacitor C5726 on the main board of the power supply, and now I find that the output voltage of ic700 is only 0.4v, and the main power supply still can't work, can anyone provide a repair In addition, I also found a problem. The pins of IC700 are different from the common ones, and the information cannot be found (the part number is C0CBABC00117). Does anyone know what type of IC to use instead, thank you!
