Thank you!!!! Only clarification I'd ask for please is on the white plug, which lead is he putting the red probe on? I have the TNPA5794 and TNPA5793 .

Received my new SC board today!! Is there a way to test the buffer boards while out of TV to ensure no shorts present ? Other than running meter along the buffer connections?

I’ve done all of the above and with disconnecting both of the buffer boards I still receive the 7 blinks. I’ve tested all of the transistors and not finding shorted ones..

Thank you!! I spend about half an hour going through the 7 blinks troubleshooting flowchart in the TCP50s60 and realized my model is not specified in the models table, will it still apply? I followed the troubleshooting in the GPF16DU and it was short and sweet, at the end I still had 7 blinks. I believe this is due to VAD/VSCN. Is there a guide on checking these circuits ? Thank you !

Greetings from SoCal I am new to this forum but not new to forum world. I come from Automotive end of side which is my main passion in life. Give the automotive nature, I love fixing and restoring things and I have in the past fixed many simple electronics, soldering, etc.. but this is a bit more involved so I found this forum, and I am very glad I did.

I picked up a Panasonic TC-P60VT60 with the 7 BLINK error.
Upon removing the back plate I found spider webs, dead spiders, and an amazing amount of dust. I did my best to clean the surface of the boards with a portable vacuum...
