Hello. Dan from Wales, UK. Consumer electronics tech, 40 + years time served. Also licensed Radio Amateur though not very active on air. Prefer tinkering with WW2 boat anchors in my downtime than swearing at smd junk in my up. Started with the Ladybird book of making a transistor radio at age 11 and only reluctantly looked forward. Prior to that my main interest in electronics was dismantling radios I'd now like intact in order to hurl Triodes at the garden wall whilst imagining myself storming Gold beach.
