First off hello. Glad to be here. I have a INSIGNIA NS-32LCD with some problems. Two caps in the back are swelled and a fuse at FU503 is in two. I put a jumper on the fuse to see if anything would change and i got the scren to fliker. I need to replase the fuse before I turn it on again but would those two caps keep it fom coming on the rest of the way?
