Based solely on the "BN41" reference you won't find the software you need, use the "BN94" reference, moreover there might be slight changes on PCB like resistors for example even though it is the same "BN41" reference. Then if the problem persists, it means that the firmware in eMMC is not the same for both ( which I would doubt ) so you would have to transfer eMMc from one PCB to the other, with the two eeproms if their contents are different from a mainboard to the other.

I am not sure whether you can change panel...
