PSU was checked cleaned tested. As a matter of fact everything was cleaned and tested.
I have all the manuals and drivers but the MoBo. I can't find anything about it.
I have tried to swap the isa cards to different slots.
The PC works great, running Dos 6.22 and Win3.11 (NO mouse yet, I need an adapter and I was thinking at Necroware's adapter)
The bios is quite limited in options. Also couldn't find to much on the bios....

386 not recognizing ISA cards
Hi everyone,
I have an old 386 pc that I had in my atic. This was my dad's first pc and the pc that I started playing video games.
I have cleand it, removed the old barrel battery, added a new battery (external battery) started up and everything works but it doesn't recognize the sound card or the network card.
The HDD controller and the Video card works on any ISA connector.
But the sound card ( Yanaha 718-S ) or the Network Card (3Com EtherLink III 3C509B ) doesn't work
I have tried this cards on 2 different pc's and they work. (on a Compaq prolinea 4/66... -
