U102 has part number A1 AS1117L-18 B0548. Pin 2 is reading 1.78 V.
U101 has part number A1 AS1117L-33 B0551. Pin 2 is reading 1.27 V.

From bottom to top the wires are:
1.VCC5V - 5V
2.VCC5V - 5V
3.GND - 0V
4.BRIGHTNESS - 0V
5.ON/OFF - 0V
6.GND - 0V
