Re: Samsung TV UN55KS8000 dead - bad diode

I Have the same samsung model TV and the symptoms was the same but after testing diodes, all 4 was good.

after some time, I lifted the speakers module and the screen turn on!!! samsing build the tv with 2 little wire running between subwoofer magnet and a sharp rivet, the sheath was puctured by the rivet. a little bit of electrical tape and its worked !!! (sorry for ma poor english, I'm a french canadian !!!)
